A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure all bookings. No session date will be confirmed until both the deposit and signed digital agreement have been received. All payments made are non-refundable, including payments related to creative planning, coordination, scheduling, and preparation completed prior to the session.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session date. One reschedule may be granted based on availability. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance, same-day cancellations, or failure to appear for the session may result in the loss of all payments made and may require a new deposit to secure a future date.
Client arrival delays do not extend the scheduled session time. Any lost time due to late arrival will be deducted from the booked session. If the client is unable to attend, the session may only be rescheduled according to the terms above and subject to availability.
In the event the photographer must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the session will be moved to a new available date. If rescheduling is not possible, any payments made may be refunded at the photographer’s discretion, limited to the total amount paid by the client.
